Schiff accuses NSA, CIA of withholding documents on Ukraine
WASHINGTON (AP) — The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is accusing U.S. intelligence agencies of withholding documents from Congress on Ukraine that could be significant to President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial.
“They appear to be succumbing to pressure from the administration,” Rep. Adam Schiff said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.″ Schiff was selected by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., as the lead impeachment manager for Trump’s Senate trial.

Public defender wants delay to Seminole Heights serial killer case
HILLSBOROUGH CO., Fla. (WFLA) — Hillsborough County Public Defender Julianne Holt says she doesn’t believe the alleged Seminole Heights serial killer case can be tried this year.
Holt, who is personally representing the man charged with the four murders, made the comments Sunday morning on Politics On Your Side, WFLA News Channel 8’s weekly local political show.
Howell “Trai” Donaldson III is charged with the murders of Benjamin Mitchell, Monica Hoffa, Anthony Naiboa and Ronald Felton.

House Democrats, White House lay out arguments before trial
WASHINGTON (AP) — House Democrats say in a brief filed ahead of impeachment trial arguments that President Donald Trump “abandoned his oath to faithfully execute the laws and betrayed his public trust.”
They also called his conduct the “worst nightmare” of the country’s founding fathers.
