First 2 cases of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia, Gov. Kemp says
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Two cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Georgia, the first of the new virus in the state.
Governor Brian Kemp announced during a press conference Monday night that both of the patients are in the same household in Fulton County.

Open house held for Broughton Street Improvement Project
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The first-ever meeting for Savannah residents to see the improvements are on the way for Broughton Street. The city hosted an open house Monday night.
Broughton Street will be closed block-by-block during the construction of the project. News 3 is told that pedestrian access to businesses will be available throughout construction.

CSX to close Rincon railroad crossing, block subdivision entrance and exit
RINCON, Ga (WSAV) – Rincon residents are concerned about a major inconvenience and possible safety issue after hearing the only entrance to their subdivision will be blocked for several hours.
CSX will be closing the railroad crossing at West 15th on Thursday, March 5th from 2 p.m. until Friday, March 6th at 6 a.m. CSX says those times and dates are still tentative and subject to change.
